Privacy Policy

Stickara (“we”, “us”) is a language-learning product from Champlicity. This policy explains what information the Stickara app and website collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• App usage basics — such as which object or room pages you open — only as needed to make the product work.
• Device / diagnostic data — if you opt into crash or performance reporting through Apple or similar OS channels.
• Content you choose to share — for example a deep link you send to someone else.

Stickara lesson content (words, phrases, audio) is loaded from stickara.com. We do not sell your personal information.

What we do not collect (today)

• No account required to browse labels and play Coach audio.
• No payment card data processed inside Stickara for the free TestFlight / App Store listing phase.
• No advertising trackers or third-party ad networks in the app.

Camera and QR scanning

The Scan feature uses the camera only to read Stickara QR codes on your device. Camera frames are not uploaded to our servers for that purpose.

Third-party services

The App Store / TestFlight are operated by Apple. Their privacy practices apply when you download or update Stickara. Hosting for stickara.com is provided by our web host.

Children

Stickara is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product grows (for example if accounts or progress sync are added). The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
